PLEASE DONATE...From 11/5-11/10 the Yoga Loft will be collecting much needed supplies. Please drop off the following items at the studio before any of our classes:
Blankets, Candles, Flashlights, Lights, Water, Batteries, Diapers and Wipes, Gloves and Masks, Rubber boots, Shovels, Cleaning supplies and bleach, Trash bags, Winter wear (jackets, hats, gloves, warm stuff), Gas cans, Carpentry tools and Socks.

Join us while we explore the basics of Ayurveda, the mind/body/spirit system of India. Ayurveda offers an understanding of us as unique individuals - a combination of the three body types: Vata, Pitta & Kapha. Learning the physical, functional & emotional characteristics related to each type brings us to a better understanding of our intimate characteristics as well as knowing how to recognize and heal our imbalances. With this insight comes the knowledge of what our unique needs are to cultivate optimal health and well being.
In this workshop, we will explore creative ways to:
-Relieve symptoms related to the imbalances of Vata, Pitta & Kapha
-Prepare your body/mind for the upcoming cold season

Tools to Create a Happy, Healthy, Peaceful You
Each workshop will focus on a specific theme to arouse your awareness, and include a Kundalini Yoga set, 21-minute Gong relaxation and meditations.

September 20th Workshop (1:00-3:30pm) will focus on learning about tools to "Beat the Blues" and maintain vitality.
October 18th Workshop (1:00-3:30pm) will focus on learning how to improve and keep your back and hips happy.
November 14th Workshop (1:30-4:00pm) - Tools to Create a Happy, Healthy, Peaceful You Part of a Kundalini Yoga, Gong Relaxation and Meditation workshop series : Learn to strengthen your immune system to support good health through the winter months.
