Join us while we explore the basics of Ayurveda, the mind/body/spirit system of India. Ayurveda offers an understanding of us as unique individuals - a combination of the three body types: Vata, Pitta & Kapha. Learning the physical, functional & emotional characteristics related to each type brings us to a better understanding of our intimate characteristics as well as knowing how to recognize and heal our imbalances. With this insight comes the knowledge of what our unique needs are to cultivate optimal health and well being.
In this workshop, we will explore creative ways to:
-Relieve symptoms related to the imbalances of Vata, Pitta & Kapha
-Prepare your body/mind for the upcoming cold season
