Teachers

Mimi Budnick
Mimi is a certified Vinyasa instructor (RYT 200), who completed her teacher training at Eyes of the World with Tom Gillette and Shannah Green. She has had a dedicated yoga practice since 2003. Both her teaching and her personal practice have benefited from the gifts of many talented teachers including Anna Forrest, Jessie Meyers-Eisendrath, Joshua Summers, and Priti Robyn Ross.

While emphasizing a connection between movement and breath, Mimi uses creative sequencing to produce a meditative flow that invites her students to grow into greater awareness of their bodies and towards a heart-opening experience. Mindful alignment cues and instructions for modifications enable her students to practice safely and to have a rich practice that is uniquely their own.
