Spring Cleansing means Taste-Testing :)

So our 2nd official eCourse, 21 Days of Spring Cleansing, is available now - and kicks off on the 1st of September (yep, first day of Spring).

This means that the gorgeous Jacqui and I are busily busily creating content, interviewing our guest experts, coming up with meditations and of course, road-testing recipes, natural therapies and other such goodies to share with the course participants.

All in the name of YOU, our beloved participants, we recently hit up Sadhana Kitchen in Newtown for some raw food/whole living foods goodness and we weren't disappointed! Green smoothies and berry smoothies rocked our world.

In other news, the early-bird rate for course sign-up's closes in just 24hours, so head on over quickly if you want to save some pennies.

In other news, I've commenced my study with Endeavour - Naturopathy makes my heart sing but gee it's taking some time to get used to the old brain working in that uni student way again :) Love love loving it though, and will be sure to share all my knowledge with you here :)

Big love and hugs xxx

Seasonal Meal Planning

So I'm a joyous little yogi today, as I'm starting to meal plan for my first box of delicious, local, organic and seasonal fruit & veggie delivery!

My first Food Connect box arrives at the end of this week, with the following goodies:

I am pretty unadventurous (so far!) with my food and obviously I can see a potato, leek and cauliflower soup in there. But what else? I am excited!

Give me your suggestions, to go into the running for a space on the upcoming TwentyOne Days of Spring Cleansing eCourse :)

Email me or leave a comment below!

Love x

Monday Manifesto

I've launched my debut e-course and to tell you the truth, I'm getting completely overwhelmed in a fantastic-amazing-inspiring way. I am BLOWN AWAY by the love people are showing as we work through our days on how to nourish. I'm astonished by the hungdr with with participants are lapping up the quotes, stories, hOMework, community boards.... again, in a fabulous sparkly way!

People are calling out for connection, nourishment and love. And I am so happy happy happy to be able, in some small way, to bring some like-minded damn awesome people together to seek this out and fill our lives with it.

I've shared here, plenty of times, that I love doing courses and learning, and often have a wee bit of self-doubt as to whether I'm really ready to launch a biz, or run a course or what not. This week, I'm learning that not only am I ready, but I am growing even more by doing this.

Be where you are, my friends, because when you completely own where you're at, it's pretty special :) You may even surprise yourself!

Never Give Up

For 2 years I've dreamed of running an ecourse. But gee there were doubts: what if no-one signed up? what if it flopped? what if people signed up but didn't like it?

For years I've dreamed of making shiny yoga* bigger and brighter. But yep, more doubts: where would the money come from? what if no one came? what if they came and hated my teaching?

Well, pooh to that.

Kris Carr talks about fear holding us back and in fact I was teaching a yoga class this week with a theme of fear and resistance, and offered my students to think of a big fear in their life, a big worry - and to picture what would happen if that fear came true.  So what if no one came to my class? What if people didn't dig me? Picture it, feel it, and then realise that often the fear isn't as bad as reality.

Here's a counter "what-if" for you: WHAT IF people came, and like my class? Or they did sign up? And my dreams came true? Maybe my worries aren't about failing at all, but succeeding. And if they fall in a pile and no one comes, at least I'm not living in the forever land of 'what-bloody-if'.

So today, here's some hOMework for you. Pick a quiet dream of yours. Put it out there. Picture what would happen - the joys, the sadnesses, the successes and if you must, the failures. And then do it anyway.

Do you dare to live? I do!!! xo
